RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with an item and wish to return it, this has to be done within 14 days after you received your order. The product has to be in the same condition in which you received it/them and with all its/their labels and tags on.
A quick try-on is cool — spin class and a long run is less cool.
- Fill out the order receipt, which was included in your order. Transcribe which product you want to return, your name, phone number, email dress and payment method.
- Please note that a return deposit will be added at your cost. Simply attach the return shipping label on to the package and leave it to the chosen service point.
- Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or Payson invoice or banktransfer or by swish, after we have received the returned item. If you have chosen Klarna invoice as payment method and the invoice will expire soon after you return the item, we recommend that you pay this anyway to avoid any fees or contact Klarna for them to prospond your payment.
We then credit the invoice when we received and processed your return.
- Once we have received and processed your return we will contact you by email. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for us to process and refund your return. During sale or christmas period, please note that it may take longer for us to process your return.
- For orders outside Sweden:
Note that return label will be paid by you, you are responsible for the return cost and tracking of the package. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us
Note that you are responsible for the shipping until we have received the goods and therefore we recommend you to choose a carrier who provides tracking of packages.
Return all items in undamaged original packaging and with all brand tags. This is charged in connection with the refund of your returned products. It can take up to two-four weeks for a return to arrive internationally and be registered in our warehouse.
If you have already paid for the goods, you will get your money back on the payment methods you chose when you made your payment. This can take up to 30 days after the returns arrival at the warehouse.
Note that duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the EU can not be refunded.
The shipping cost is also nonrefundable for orders shipped outside Sweden.

- To be sure the size you want does not sold out before your return exchange is processed, Please place a new order to secure your favorite pieces and send back the item you want to exchange.

CLAIM
- If you want to make a reclaim a product, you must contact us by email and notify us of why you do not accept the item and specify why you think the product is not correct. Email to customercare@i-toreheim.com
- When and if we accept the reclaim we will send you a prepaid return note and further instructions. Make sure to notify

UNCOLLECTED ITEMS
If you do not pick up your goods, we will charge you for delivery, return and storage costs. The cost of this is currently 150 kr. Uncollected items are not counted as cancellation of your purchase.
